We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Gun Grove. Because of the nature of our products and federal and state firearms laws, some items have special rules. Please read this policy before you buy.

Firearms

• All firearm sales are final once the transfer is complete and the firearm has left our store.
• Firearms cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund. A returned firearm would require a new transfer under federal and state law.
• If a firearm arrives defective, contact us right away. We will work with you and the manufacturer on a repair, replacement or warranty claim.
• Any firearm shipped to you must go through a licensed dealer (FFL) in your state, and the transfer and background check rules apply.

Ammunition

For safety reasons, ammunition cannot be returned or refunded once it leaves our store. If an item is damaged or incorrect when you receive it, contact us and we will make it right.

Accessories and other merchandise

• Unused items in new condition, in the original packaging, may be returned within 14 days of purchase with your receipt.
• Special orders, custom or personalized items, and items that have been installed, used or altered cannot be returned.
• Optics, holsters and similar items that have been mounted or fitted are considered used.

Defective or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or does not work as it should, contact us within 7 days. Many products carry a manufacturer warranty, and we will help you start a claim.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
